With that said, we kickstart each project by receiving the brand’s brief and buyer persona. This allows us to understand the brand’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as current opportunities and threats, enabling us to determine what and how we can work effectively.

• Voice and Tone: We define how the brand should communicate based on its audience, covering aspects such as tense, grammar, and concepts, among others.

• Design system: Establishing rules for colors, elements, and typography that ensure a consistent and successful implementation of the product from design to development

• UX Writing: Development of text identity for optimal brand communication and understanding of each section’s objectives.

• SEO: Our search engine optimization team conducts a review and provides recommendations for keywords to be used in website texts.

• Design: The stage for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Here, we work on the structure and design of the user interface.

• Web development: Our team is in charge of the frontend development, including design and layout of components, as well as backend development of the site.
• Client delivery: Beyond just the project documentation delivery, we provide training on the functionalities of the site’s Content Management System to the brand.
