DCR Homes, founded in Florida by Daniel Cremades and Christian Ruiz, designs and builds residential homes that combine architecture, functionality, and lifestyle. Based in Miami, the company leads projects that transform spaces into unique homes, with attention to every detail. Their vision: to create communities that inspire, meet today’s market demands, and elevate the standard of urban living.
In 2025, we developed a website that would serve as an extension of their buying experience: a digital space aligned with the brand’s essence, where the excitement of purchasing a home is felt from the very first moment.
Goals
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent use of logo, colors, and graphic elements.
- Communicate in a positive and inspiring way, conveying the excitement of acquiring a new home.

UX Writing
- Maintaining voice and style guidelines: Although DCR Homes didn’t yet have a website, they had established a clear brand personality through printed and digital material like brochures and presentations, communicating credibility, experience, and quality. The website content needed to align with this language to reinforce trust in every word.
- Creating an emotional and seamless experience: Purchasing a home is an emotional decision. That’s why the copy was crafted to guide users with empathy, clarity, and warmth throughout their journey. From headlines to calls to action, we aimed for a positive tone that intuitively leads users through each section.
- SEO and accessibility optimization: Florida’s real estate market is highly competitive and draws national and international interest. We incorporated strategic keywords aligned with real user search intent, while ensuring content clarity and accessibility.
UX/UI Design
- Consistent application of brand identity: Every visual element—colors, typography, icons, and styles—was carefully applied to reflect the brand’s evolution and maintain consistency across all platforms: website, brochures, videos, and social media.
- Scalable design system: We developed a style guide with interaction patterns, buttons, spacing, and reusable components. This ensures visual consistency and simplifies future updates or replication across other projects.
- Responsive and multilingual design: All screen layouts were crafted to adapt smoothly to mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, offering an intuitive and accessible experience in both English and Spanish.
Web Development
- Mortgage calculator: We recognized the value of providing interactive tools in real estate websites, so we integrated a calculator that helps users estimate their investment easily and confidently. Calls to action are linked to automated flows that connect them directly with the appropriate team or department, streamlining support and moving users forward in their purchase process.
- Flexible and scalable content management: We implemented a CMS with a modern architecture and up-to-date PHP, allowing for seamless growth and high performance. Custom content types and reusable templates with predefined fields enable the client to create, edit, and publish new developments independently, while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
