Solution
We implemented a comprehensive strategic experimentation process to tackle the entire conversion funnel through paid media, aiming to accurately identify the best options for media, channels, communication, and regions with the greatest growth potential. We also employed specific audience segmentation tactics aligned with the goals established at each stage of the funnel.
Execution
We deployed custom audiences and identified specific interests aligned with the brand’s existing concept. This approach allowed us to generate valuable audience signals, which were used to boost campaigns on WhatsApp and refine remarketing strategies. Additionally, the introduction of exclusive promotions, like Direct TV GO, helped maintain strong product turnover even during non-peak retail periods.
Results
At the beginning of August 2023, the brand averaged 1,400 interactions (messages) and 354 total transactions. By the end of November, sales had exceeded 600, with interactions significantly increasing to over 2,500.
