Case:

In 2023, we not only redesigned the website for the innovation consultancy Mindhack but also created a landing page for Somos Jumpers, their business line dedicated to turning ideas into action through workshops and talks for team leaders.

Goals: 

  • Interface design according to the brand book.
  • Positioning keywords such as Academia Somos Jumpers, mindset transformation, and method hacking.
  • Option to monetize downloadable material.
  • Website versions in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Brand and service positioning.
  • Dynamic elements.

Execution 

At Sí Señor Agencia, we approach our web projects from three areas: UX Writing, which handles the construction of experience from the structure and creation of texts; UX/UI, focusing on the form, functionality, and brand image of the site; and Engineering, responsible for site development and launch.

With this in mind, we began the project by receiving the brand’s brief and buyer persona. This allows us to understand the brand’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as its current opportunities and threats, thereby helping us determine what and how to work on.

  1. Buyer Persona: Based on creating a semi-fictional, detailed representation of the ideal customer, we can develop a roadmap for content writing, user experience, and interface design.
  2. Voice and Tone: Defining the personality and overall communication style (in this case, written) of the brand, as well as its variations according to possible contexts.
  3. UX Writing: Applying the voice and tone in crafting the texts for each section of the site and creating content aimed at guiding specific actions.
  4. Design System: Developing a set of coherent and reusable design elements and patterns, including titles, buttons, forms, cards, typography, colors, transitions, and spacing.
  5. Dynamic and interactive sections: For Somos Jumpers, we created a form complemented by an editable digital whiteboard where users can practice the brand’s motto, “train your creativity.”
  6. UX Research: Conducting usability tests that provided insights into how different users perceived and understood the landing page. This step allowed us to iterate and modify terminology and section placement.
  7. Web Engineering: In addition to the FrontEnd and BackEnd development of the site, we handled programming and coding, performance optimization, and respective security measures.

  • Part of our delivery to the client includes training on site functionality and content management.
  • All our web projects are designed for both desktop and responsive versions.
  • The execution time of these projects may vary depending on the complexity of the client’s requirements.
