Case

Sim Limites is a well-known electronic SIM card (eSIM) brand in the Dominican Republic that generates revenue through its transactional website. The brand aimed to expand its market into Mexico and Chile.

Goal

To increase the brand’s revenue by targeting new regions, specifically Mexico and Chile.

Solution

A full-funnel strategic experimentation process in paid media to identify the channels, communication strategies, and regions with the highest growth potential.

Execution

An experimentation framework was initially set up in Meta Ads and Google Ads, helping to maintain a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) above 10 for the website. After two months of experimentation, Meta was recognized as one of the most relevant channels due to its retargeting capabilities with small target audiences.

Results

The brand began in March 2023 with an advertising investment of $2,814 and total sales of $25,000. By the end of September 2023, it achieved sales exceeding $50,000 with an investment of $4,828.
